General Terms for The Rooted Queen™
Welcome to The Rooted Queen™. By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any service or offering provided under The Rooted Queen™ brand by Elizabeth Scarcella, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of These Terms

- Crown Restoration
- Crown Calibration
- Assessments and consultations
- Memberships and online programs
- Digital products and downloadable resources
- Educational materials, workshops, and events
- Future services, products, or programs under The Rooted Queen™ brand
These Terms provide clear public-facing policies regarding participation, payments, services, digital access, and use of materials.
2. Strict No Refund Policy
All sales are final. All payments made to The Rooted Queen™ are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
This no-refund policy applies to all services, programs, consultations, memberships, payment plans, deposits, digital products, educational materials, assessments, and future offerings under The Rooted Queen™ brand.
No refunds will be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Scheduling conflicts
- Lack of participation
- Personal or medical circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with results
- Incomplete use of services, sessions, or materials
- Early withdrawal from a service or program
By enrolling in or purchasing any offering, Clients acknowledge that they are reserving time, resources, access, and availability within The Rooted Queen™ ecosystem.
Digital products, assessments, downloadable materials, and online resources are considered delivered immediately upon purchase or access.
3. Payment Responsibility
Clients remain fully responsible for completing all agreed payment obligations, including installment plans, recurring payments, and financing agreements, regardless of participation level.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services, delayed scheduling, removal from communication access, termination of access to programs or materials, and collection efforts where permitted by law.
Outstanding balances remain due even if participation is discontinued. Participation in services and programs is voluntary, and Clients may discontinue participation at any time; however, financial obligations remain subject to the agreed payment terms.
4. Deposits
All deposits paid toward services, programs, consultations, or limited-capacity offerings are non-refundable and are used to reserve availability, clinical capacity, scheduling time, and preparation resources within The Rooted Queen™ offerings.
5. Educational & Wellness Disclaimer
The Rooted Queen™ provides systems-based wellness education, functional and integrative guidance, lifestyle support, and educational resources intended to support personal awareness and wellness decision-making.
Services are educational and integrative in nature and are not intended to replace licensed medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The Rooted Queen™ does not provide:
- Emergency medical care
- Urgent medical services
- Psychiatric crisis care
- Emergency intervention
- Replacement for primary care or specialist medical treatment
Clients are responsible for maintaining relationships with their licensed healthcare providers and seeking appropriate medical care when necessary.
Individual results vary based on participation, consistency, medical history, lifestyle factors, and circumstances outside the control of The Rooted Queen™. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, results, or improvements.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to participate responsibly and understand that services provided by The Rooted Queen™ are collaborative in nature.
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Attend scheduled sessions when applicable
- Complete requested forms, intake materials, or testing when applicable
- Communicate respectfully and honestly
- Implement recommendations at their own discretion
- Seek licensed medical care when appropriate
The Rooted Queen™ is not responsible for lack of progress, lack of results, or delayed outcomes caused by non-participation, incomplete information, missed sessions, or failure to implement recommendations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, assessments, guides, videos, protocols, branding, written content, educational materials, and methodologies provided under The Rooted Queen™ brand remain the intellectual property of Elizabeth Scarcella and/or The Rooted Queen™.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared publicly, resold, taught, modified, or repurposed without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content, program materials, or educational resources is strictly prohibited.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks for services rendered, programs accessed, digital products delivered, or educational materials provided.
In the event of a payment dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before escalation.
Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services, revocation of access to programs or materials, and recovery of outstanding balances and associated fees where permitted by law.
9. Confidentiality
Client information shared through services, programs, forms, sessions, or communications will be treated confidentially except where disclosure is required by law.
Clients are also expected to respect the confidentiality of any private program spaces, group discussions, shared materials, or community interactions, where applicable.
10. Website & Content Use
By using The Rooted Queen™ website, pages, funnels, digital platforms, or online resources, you agree not to misuse website materials, attempt unauthorized access, reproduce content without permission, or use materials for unlawful purposes.
The Rooted Queen™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue website content, resources, services, or offerings at any time without prior notice.
